How will payment be processed?

All purchases are protected by Paypal. The full payment is due before we start the custom work. No deposits will be accepted.

What is your return/refund policy? 

We will not issue any refunds or accept any returns. We are not responsible for any damaged, stolen, or lost items. All sales are final. 

All items are examined before shipment and picture of items condition will be sent with tracking number. Should a problem arise with package, we will contact the mailing service. But again, we are not responsible. All sales are final. 

What are the condition of your shoes?

All hand painted items are 100% authentic, 100% deadstock, and purchased directly from authentic sneaker stores. No fakes. No B grades.

How long does it take to ship?

Please allow 1-2 weeks for small orders and 2-3 weeks for large orders. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We also ship to all 50 states. 

What happens if I crack/chip my paint?

The paint is very durable and should not crack or chip. However, if this should happen, email us. Send pictures of the problem area and we will try our best to assist. It is your responsibility to cover all shipping costs. Aside from the shipping fee,  no other fee will be applied. 

What is the price for a pair of customs not listed on the website?

Customs not listed on site are determined by time required to paint and the shoe design. Prices are non-negotiable. Shipping will be included in price. Please email us if you would like to request a special custom. Please visit our Instagram page to view previous work.
